Yes we can support both plan-managed and self-managed clients.

What are your fees?

We follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits. All services are charged in line with the NDIS price guide, with no out-of-pocket costs for plan-managed or self-managed participants.

Can you come to my home for appointments?

Home visits are available for clients within select regions. Please contact us to check current availability for face-to-face sessions.

How do I refer myself or someone else?

You can refer by clicking the "Submit a Referral" button on our website. Support coordinators, allied health professionals, or family members can also refer with the participant’s consent.

Do you offer Medicare rebates?

Yes, Medicare rebates may apply if you have a valid GP Chronic Condition Management Plan and a valid referral.

How many OT Medicare sessions can I get?

Medicare supports up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year in total (shared across allied health professions)
