Functional Capacity Assessments

Comprehensive assessments that identify the impact of disability across core life domains, including personal care, domestic activities, social participation, housing, mobility, and community access. Reports are structured to align with current NDIS criteria and highlight the level of support required to live safely and meaningfully.

Housing and Supported Independent Living Reports

Functional evidence to support applications for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or Supported Independent Living (SIL). Assessments focus on functional barriers, support needs and environmental suitability.

Assistive Technology Reports

Assessments to determine the need for low to mid-cost assistive technology, including mobility aids, smart devices, sensory tools, domestic and personal care equipment supports. Documentation is prepared in line with NDIS reporting requirements to support timely funding decisions.

Sensory Profile Assessments

For participants experiencing sensory processing differences, we complete sensory profiles that explore how these challenges impact emotional regulation, routines, engagement, and participation. Our reports include tailored strategies and recommendations that can guide supports, environments and therapeutic approaches.

Ongoing Therapy

Goal-oriented therapy targeting capacity building and increased independence in daily tasks. Sessions are delivered via telehealth or at home and tailored to individual functional needs. Face to face sessions are dependent on location.
