We value your feedback. Compliments, suggestions and complaints help us improve and keep you safe. You can submit feedback anonymously (leave name/contact blank) or provide details so we can respond. We acknowledge within 1–2 business days.

What if I’m not Satisfied?

You can request an internal review or contact an external body:

  • NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission – for concerns about the quality or safety of NDIS supports (registered or unregistered providers).

  • Health Complaints Commissioner (Victoria) – for complaints about health services in Victoria.

  • Ahpra / Occupational Therapy Board of Australia – for concerns about OT professional conduct.
    Phone 1300 419 495 (Mon–Fri business hours), or submit a notification online.
